Entirely Spring 1996 Puerh The small premium grade Tuo Chas have been produced by the Feng Qing tea factory for more than 20 years. Using grade 1 to 3 raw puerh tightly pressed into these convenient 100 gram Tuo cha. The small size and tightly compressed tea ensures relatively fast aging without losing the teas antioxidant properties to oxidisation even in humid conditions. The tea is full of aromatic qualities and the strength of flavour remained throughout many brews a sign of a high quality Puerh.

This aged Puerh is drinking well. Organic big leaf Puerh (Pu-erh) from very old wild trees. Dry leaves vary in colour but are usually dark green to black with some lighter gold buds and all are are covered in downy fur. Most leaves are whole and intact when brewed. Strong aroma while still packed and a mild lingering aroma when brewed. Very mild and sometimes a little sweet flavour with some notes of bamboo and candied rice. Sweeter when cooled and still very mild and easy to drink.
